The application form saves your progress, so don’t worry about completing it in one sitting!
Wondering what to expect before you sit down to apply? We’ve outlined every question on our admission application form below, so you can prepare your information in advance. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Your progress is automatically saved as you go so there’s no need to complete the form in a single sitting.

Check Admission Updates
Visit our website or Facebook page to stay updated on the official opening date for admissions. We announce all important dates and deadlines there first.

Apply Online or Book a Visit
Fill out our online application form with accurate details — you will be contacted using this information, so please double-check before submitting. Prefer an in-person visit? Call us at 0300-0399342 to request an appointment with our Admissions Manager.

Application Review
Once submitted, please allow us time to review your application. If shortlisted, you will receive a call confirming the date and time for your child’s test/evaluation, along with the list of required documents. Click on “Requirements” to view the full document checklist.

Document Submission & Test Registration
After receiving your documents, we will register your child for the assessment test. The test date and all further details will be shared with you directly.

Test & Parent Interview
If your child successfully clears the assessment test, you will be contacted with interview details. A final interview with our Principal and Director of Administration completes this stage of the process.

Admission Confirmation
Following the interview, we will share our final decision along with details on the admission fee and remaining formalities required to confirm your child’s enrollment at Ascend School.
Required Documents
- You are required to bring the following documents to school for the purpose of registration.
Birth certificate of Nadra (photo copy). Hospital Birth certificate will not be accepted. - Photographs of the applicant (3 passport size taken within the last 3 months).
- Photographs of the parents (3 passport size taken within the last 3 months).
- Parent’s CNIC (Coloured copy with clear visibility).
- Smart National Identity Card (SNIC) of the applicant.
- Latest School Report Card (photo copy, final exams report card must be submitted by the beginning of the Academic year).
- School Leaving Certificate for Class 1 onwards from the last school attended (Can be submitted prior to the beginning of the academics year)
